Trainee Field Service Engineer
Wakefield (Yorkshire Service Area)
£20 - £24,000 DOE and age
9m – 5pm Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Field Service Engineer to join our client who are a leading managed print/ photocopier provider in the Yorkshire area.
Due to growth plans the company are seeking career minded applicants with an enquiring mind and a natural interest in repairing and fixing. Full and comprehensive training will be given to be a fully qualified Service Engineer.
Role Overview
To service and repair the latest and existing range of Develop office equipment working to set response times and first-time fix rates and keeping up to date with the latest releases with ongoing training and support. The role will be based out of the Wakefield office.
The Candidate
·The successful applicant will either have a keen interest in becoming a field engineer or have some experience within a service/repair background.
You will be trained in:
· Servicing MPS, Copiers and Print Solutions
· Product knowledge - Develop equipment
· Associated software solutions and networking of devices
· Diagnostics
· Installations and repair
· Network connections
You will need:
· Full UK Driving license
· Be an excellent communicator
· Be dedicated and punctual
· To be career minded
· Solid IT Skills
