Role: Quality Systems Support
Justification: To enable QA to become more pro-active, freeing up time taken for administrative duties to be more present in the factory.
Summary Responsibilities: Administrative support for the QAM and QSM.
Exclusions / Caveat: This role does not replace all administrative duties required of the QA Technicians, Co-ordinator and QA Supervisor though there may be scope to assist with some general day to day duties.
Reporting Structure: Reporting into the QSM.
Hours: Full time position 8:30am – 5pm.
Hourly rate:£11,00 - 12,00
Previous Experience: Administration, Basic Food safety / Quality knowledge desirable, Organisational Skills, Computer literate i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ability to obtain information dealing with different people and departments.
Base: Factory office with expectation to visit QA lab and factory when needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day QA e-mails relating to administrative requests i.e. COAs, updating contact details on customer accounts for COAs.
Submitting PRs and assisting with information gathering.
Raising POs and ordering lab supplies – as requested by QA Supervisor / co-ordinator
Updating pest control tracker and inspection reports with feedback (to be reviewed by QAM and/or QSM).
Taking minutes from meetings and issuing out meeting updates i.e. complaints meeting.
Writing responses to low risk customer complaints (to be reviewed by QAM and/or QSM).
Assisting to update document formats.
Entering environmental monitoring results onto spreadsheet after review by QA Co-ordinator and Supervisor.
General scanning, copying and filing duties.
Collating morning meeting data by 9:15am.
Responding to customer audit NCs (to be reviewed by QAM and/or QSM).
Marking QA induction / training question papers and generating certificates.
Collating monthly / annual KPIs as required by the QAM.
Submitting overtime sheets to payroll and agency timesheets
