Role: Order Processing Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Rate: £10.42 per hour
Location: Junction 41 Wakefield
Start date: ASAP
First Choice are actively recruiting for a Order Processing Administrator to join our reputable client based in Junction 41 Wakefield. Our client is the largest local authority/public sector buying organisation in the UK.
Key accountabilities:
Communicate with customers and suppliers via email or telephone
Order processing
Information to customers by verifying information and understand the request
Dealing with any refunds that come through as well as any dispatches that need to be sent out.
Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
To handle customer enquires in a professional and courteous manner.
Able to manage own time and productivity effectively, to meet service requirements.
Provide website support to customers
Reply to all electronic communications within agreed SLA’s to deliver a high level of customer service
Communicate with relevant department regarding urgent requests to meet customer needs
Capture customer data using CRM for reporting, measurement and generating sales leads. This must be done straight after calls, within wrap time.
For the role you will be able to demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous Customer Service experience
Has the ability to make proactive recommendations.
Works well with a team environment
Computer Literate including CRM Systems, social media and Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
GSCE Maths & English
