KEY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
£20k - £27K Base Salary + Monthly Bonus
Working hours are:
7:15am to 17:00 which are split into 2 shifts - 7:15 to 16:15 & 8:00 &17:00.

The Role:
Responsible for maintaining and updating our lead generation system
Follow up and provide detailed updates on all tender and live projects
Follow up and provide detailed updates on our current and prospect customers
Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations in a timely manner
Secure new customers and orders
Trade within the market and re-price work where we’re uncompetitive
Gain market intelligence and add to our existing database
Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
Provide solutions for customers using internal and external sources
Complete all sales admin tasks designated by line manager
