First Choice Recruitment are looking for an ambitious Manager to step up to the role of Operations and Customer Manager - to be fully accountable for Operational efficiency for our online retail client - ensuring the productive and smooth running of the distribution and production of the product whilst providing all customers with positive experience.
Duties
Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing, and dispatching goods
Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods received and shipped out.
Manage product assembly and ensure the same high standards are delivered consistently through production and dispatch, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Manage warehouse health, safety, and security procedures.
Maintaining computerised administration, stock inventory and data systems
Using real-time data to collection to increase accuracy and reduce labour costs.
Communication and interacting with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Communicating and interacting with vendors, suppliers in a professional manner in line with company guidelines and expectations
Leading teams across warehouse, production and customer service to assess, analyse and develop actionable plans to execute daily
Managing multiple teams, including training and development and including monitoring performance

KPI and SLA focused
IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience using analytic tools and customer service platforms is advantageous but not essential.
Strong level of computer literacy in ERP or WMS
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines.
