Our client is looking for an additional colleague to work within their product identification and pricing department, who respond to technical and non-technical sales enquires, producing accurate and competitive quotes alongside sourcing solutions to meet their customer’s needs.
Key responsibilities:
· Creating accurate and competitive sales quotations to best suit the customer needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price, and delivery.
· Ensuring product selection is made simple and seamless for customers by confidently offering robust solutions for their maintenance applications.
· Providing pre-sales technical expertise and product education to customers.
· Sourcing and collating information for parts from suppliers.
· Building and maintaining strong, long term supplier relationships.
· Using excellent communication skills to deal with demanding customers in an effective manner.
· Ensuring all solutions are cost effective for the customer and the business to secure profitable orders.
· Maintaining the product database.
