Role : Administrator - Nights
Pay Rate : would start at £15 per hour and review after 12 weeks.
Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off, 6pm – 6am. The role does include weekends so MUST be flexible
Location: Junction 41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, WF2
First Choice are actively recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator. FLT Counterbalance or Reach licenses would be a bonus but not essential.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrable skills in supporting performance management and problem solving.
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
Be computer literate.
Strong organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of working in customer care.
Reliable, trustworthy and an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Able to prioritise, multi-task and co-ordinate workloads and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative.
High level of commitment and positive “can do” attitude.
Key accountabilities:
Administrator support
Using our inhouse technology to manage the progression of orders to fulfilment for our customer
Raise and respond to any data
General query handling
Slot / order system for our daily schedules.
Cancellation and expedite products ordered
SAP = CCEP’s system which interface with ours
The night admin will cover the main operations admin – processing inbounds, outbounds and returns.
