Accounts Office Administrator

First Choice Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Accounts and Office Manager for our Civil Engineering client, based Horbury. They have big growth plans, and this is an exciting time to join.
Answering the telephone.
Matching delivery notes to invoices
Data entry of various bespoke systems
Recording and maintaining holiday entitlement.
Reconciling month end and year end accounts.
Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other bookkeeping tasks.
Purchasing stationary, mobile phone equipment, IT equipment and non-stock items.
Acting as a point of contact for suppliers via email, phone or in person.
Negotiating lead times and prices with customers and suppliers.
Dealing with and resolving customer complaints via email, phone, or face to face.
Analysing Mobile invoices and allocating mobile phones as and when required.
Work closely with Operational, Commercial, Plant manager and senior management.
Preforming all administrative duties necessary for the efficient running of a growing business.
Able to work on own initiative.
Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting payable etc.
Ability to organise workload, prioritise tasks, work to deadlines.
Good customer service skills when dealing with Clients or suppliers.
Data entry for processing invoices and payment runs.
Confidential personal employee information.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal communications skills and good telephone manner.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
Bookkeeping qualification - preferable AAT or equivalent
£24,000 pa (Depending on experience)
