First Choice Recruitment are actively recruiting for Yard Operatives to join our growing, reputable client based in the WF1 area on a temporary basis. This role is 07.00-15.30, this could lead to a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
The Role:
Ensure goods are booked in and checked
Moving products between departments ensuring products are organised
Maintain stock levels
Main duties:
Working outside in a busy yard environment
Loading and unloading lorries
Remove pallets and crates around storage facility
Perform daily equipment checks
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Previous Yard experience
Preferable 2 years’ experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment;
Experience of the window industry with sound working knowledge and experience of working in a fast moving company;
To be fully competent in all areas of the Stores and Yard, with the ability to identify and develop and manage process improvement through attention to detail;
A responsible and mature attitude to work;
