Trainee Administrator - Financial Services

9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
First Choice Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to start a career in administration within a financial services organisation. You will be joining a dedicated and lively team, to assist with and learn the business admin function.
This is an entry level position that would suit someone with a good level of education and a can-do attitude. This is a learning role within financial services starting in an entry level role with training and a progression plan.
Answering incoming calls on reception
Taking messages and ensuring they are received by the recipient
Administration and supporting financial advisors and business managers
Presentable and a good standard of verbal and written English
Good standard of education
Excellent communication skills
The desire to progress and learn
Competent IT skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database knowledge
Personable and a team ethic
