Sales Administration Support Executive
First Choice are recruiting for an established fast-growing wholesaler based S75.
We have an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator to join the sales team reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be supporting the sales team achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business. You will be a key part of the team supporting customers and account managers day to day.

The Role:
Working closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers receive an optimum level of customer service.
Servicing customer questions regarding orders
Ensuring accuracy of customer orders
Supporting operations team in delivering products to customers
Generate customer quotes for sales team
Assist market research and data trend analysis
Assist the Commercial director in reporting monthly KPIs
Support Marketing activity
Supporting customer visit
Liaising with Quality team to ensure all documentation required by the customer is made available.
Liaise with E-commerce and design team for product Image requests and liaison with customers
Arranging meetings
Events / Shows – supporting sales team with arrangements
The Person:
Education - A-Level or equivalent
Experience of sales or sales support roles is desirable
Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Good working knowledge of other common Office software such as Word and Outlook
Organised and ability to work to strict deadlines
Have a can-do attitude with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
Experience within a wholesale function would be desirable
Gain an understanding of products sold to answer customer queries effectively
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to form positive relationships, both internally and externally
