First Choice Recruitment are actively recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper to join our Utilities company in LS27. You will perform general bookkeeping duties for a variety of clients.
Key accountabilities:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- VAT
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting
- Cost Management
- Annual Sales Budgets & Overhead
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
- Administration duties as required
For the role of Bookkeeper you will be able to demonstrate:
- Sage 1 knowledge
- A good academic record, with strong attention to detail
- A minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Microsoft package to a good standard
- Excellent administrative skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- A positive can do approach
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
