​Part Time Office Administrator

3 days a week

Wakefield WF1

£10 -10.50 per hour

One of our clients based in Wakefield is looking for an Office Administrator.

15h per week over 3 days 9am - 5pm.

Duties:

  • General admin duties

  • Typing letters and reports

  • Filing

  • Typing up the contracts

  • Making sure new starter details are correct

  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner at all times.

The person:

  • Excellent communication

  • Good attention to detail

  • Patience and empathy

  • Very good working knowledge of Word and Excel and databases

  • Good standard of English both written and verbal

  • Ability to work to deadlines
