Role: New Business Sales Executive

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Salary: £18,000-£25,000 + Bonuses

 

First Choice Recruitment have a new exciting position for a forward-thinking Telesales Executive to join our client based in the Barnsley area of South Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join a growing, fast paced business. Role Overview

You will be an integral part of the company generating sales with new businesses offering a wide range of products. The successful individual will follow up on leads, send out quotes, take orders and provide excellent account management to your Clients. You will also take incoming requests in a fast-paced environment as well as up-selling to new and existing clients and supporting with marketing campaigns.

 

Role Responsibilities;

  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, emails, and follow up calls

  • Understand and identify client needs and requirements

  • Achieve set targets and monthly KPI’s

  • Update and record information on CRM

  • Develop and maintain Customer Relationships

  • Offer excellent Customer services to all clients

  • Deal with any complaints or disputes in a timely manner offering a resolution where possible

  • Upsell to client base with seasonal and new products available

  • Promote new product lines available with companies marketing material

 

Requirements;

  • Successful track record and experience within telesales

  • Clear, personable, and professional telephone manner

  • Experience working with CRM's and MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success

  • High standard of customer service
