​Job Role:Janitor / Hygiene Operative

Location:Wakefield, WF2

Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 6.30am-3.30pm

Rate of pay:£12.21/hr

First Choice are currently recruiting on behalf our client, an international manufacturer of food and beverage containers. We are looking for an experienced Janitor / Factory Hygiene Operative to join their busy team based on Wakefield’s Junction 41 Trading Estate.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role and environment. Manufacturing and/or Production experience would be advantageous.

Duties will include but not limited to:

·        Cleaning factory floors and walkways, hand moping and using floor scrubbing machines

·        Scrapping off substandard finished product

·        Cleaning handrails and barriers

·        Re-painting walkways and handrails

·        General housekeeping and tidying duties as required

·        General warehouse duties as required

Supervision and training will be provided, working alongside the current team.
