Food production – General Operatives
First choice recruitment are currently seeking General Food production operatives to join our major food manufacturing client in the Ossett, WF5 area on a temp on-going basis.
Your role would include a wide range of duties covering all aspects of plant which may include general maintenance and hygiene to mixing and packing dry ingredients using both automated and manual packing lines.
If requested to do so, you should be willing to move from one section of the department to another and from job to job
The role will include repetitive heavy lifting of 25kg so must be physically fit to keep up with the demand.
Working hours:
Depending on requirements from site shifts will be 8 hour shifts between the hours of:
6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am
*May change shift or be rotating *
*Must be flexible to cover all shifts *
Pay Rate:
£12.20 – £14.31ph depending on area and shift
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a food production environment.
