Customer Service Advisors - Morley LS27
Job Description:
• Answering inbound EMAILS from customers in a courteous and professional manner with the aim of resolving the query at the first point of contact
• Dealing with customer complaints with empathy and understanding
• Updating customer/ordering information using a bespoke system (full training given)
What You’ll Need:
• Excellent command of English - wriiten
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• PC literate
• Good numeracy and written skills
•Customer service & or complaints handling
There CANNOT be time taken off during training
