Role: Customer Service

Rate: £11.44 per hour

Location: Dodsworth

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours between 8-6 (flexible start time)

Start Date: asap

First Choice are actively recruiting a Customer Service to join our reputable client to support their Fulfilment team.

Training will be provided.

Key accountabilities:

  • Drawing drainage maps to a high standard for all Water Authorities.

  • Managing and maintaining the workload via Office 365.

  • Dealing with supplier and client queries via customer service support.

  • Keying intertrade orders onto system.

  • Quality check completed reports.

  • Ensuring maps received back from other offices are accurate and correct before including them in report.

  • Ensuring correct costings are on Swift when invoicing for maps and/or reports.

  • Attend Yorkshire Water to copy and compile drainage maps to a high standard. (if applicable)

  • Manage the panel of workload to required search agents.

For the role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Have the drive to develop an in-depth knowledge of our suppliers, products and services.

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, working and communicating in a professional manner.

  • Good IT skills, able to learn new bespoke systems to a workable level.

  • Develop an understanding of the varied tasks that are required specific to the supplier and product and how those tasks affect the workflow of a customer order

  • Be process driven, recognising and adhering to the required procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • You will achieve the SLA’s and KPI’s set by the business, working as a team to achieve set targets.

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • Administration experience with a high level of attention to detail

  • Experience of dealing with and managing professional relationships with external clients (in person, via telephone calls or email management)

  • Full UK Driving license
