Role: Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Rate: £10.42 per hour (£11,59 after 12 weeks)
Location: Junction 41 Wakefield

First Choice are actively recruiting for an Administrator to join our reputable client based in Junction 41 Wakefield. Our client is the largest local authority/public sector buying organisation in the UK.
Key accountabilities:
General admin duties
Excel Spreadsheet use, knowledge and understanding
Communication with customers and suppliers via email
Ability to use CRM system (Sharpspring)
Creating and maintaining filing folders
To provide a high level of customer service.
Maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
Able to manage own time and productivity effectively, to meet service requirements
Communicate with relevant department regarding urgent requests to meet customer needs
Capture customer data using CRM for reporting,
For the role you will be able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of procurement might be beneficial
Administration experience
Has the ability to make proactive recommendations.
Works well with a team environment
Computer Literate including CRM Systems, social media and Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
GSCE Maths & English
