Account Manager

Your role will be manage some existing accounts and develop new business via telesales activity.

You will achieve this by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume and high-quality business to business outbound calls to introduce the company’s services and to find and develop innovative ways to build a network of customers and prospective clients.

As an experienced Accounts Manager you should:
• Have current B2B telemarketing/telesales experience 3 years +
• Knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with making outbound calls
• Be target driven
• A thorough understanding of Office products and Printer Consumables
·Be commercially astute and understand the relation between GP and selling price
·Knowledge of MPS (managed print solutions) would be an advantage
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Have a track record of successful new business development
• Ideally you will hold a driving licence

Key Responsibilities:
• Research prospective partnerships, identify new leads and secure meetings
• Advising customers on products that are suited to their needs
• Build existing and new customer relationships through proactive engagement
• Identify up selling opportunities with existing clients
• Ensuring that personal and departmental sales targets are met
• Plan outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities

You do have responsibility for your own profitability.
The vacancy details are:
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility for the right candidate)
• Salary upto £30K upwards based on experience
• Uncapped commission
