Gatehouse administrator

Our client, base in Barnsley, is looking for a Gatehouse administrator to join their expanding team.
FIRST 4-6 WEEKS WORK IN WAKEFIELD J41 AS FAMILIARIZATION WITH THE COMPANY

Continental shift: 4 on 4 off days/nights or rotating

Wakefield J41 - 3-5 weeks Barnsley after the training in Wakefield
Free Parking Canteen

The role:
• Checking in vehicles
• Liaise with the customer and drivers alike in a professional manner
• Checking documentation
• Logging accurate details on computer
• Checking site security cameras (CCTV)

As a Gatehouse Administrator you will need to have:

• Excellent computer/database knowledge
• Have timely and accurate inputting skills
• Attention to detail
• Good customer service experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to lean
• Be able to multitask
• Good communication skills
• Be resilient, friendly and approachable.

Hourly rate: days £10, nights £13
