Telesales Manager

Our client are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to join their forward thinking and driven company. They are a leading Insurance company based in the centre of Leeds. Offering a competitive salary, great training and development as well as a brilliant working environment; our client is currently seeking an experienced, professional and self-motivated Telesales Manager to assist with retention, development and expansion of the Telesales team.

Leeds
Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:30 £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

What the role entails…
We are seeking someone who has a very driven and team orientated approach with a strong sales background.
Working closely alongside the Senior Management; you will be responsible for:
• Continuously providing training and coaching for staff
• Development of sales strategies
• Delivery of budgeted sales numbers
• Ensuring regular 1:1’s with your team
• Gaining new business from warm leads; from social media & native marketing
• Managing the recruitment requirements of the telesales team
• Monitoring and implementing KPI’s
• Analysing sales reports and statistics
• Effective communication across other departments.
To be successful as the Telesales Manager, you’ll need the following:
• Experience of managing / supervising a medium-large sized team sales team
• Experience within the Insurance industry is essential
• Leadership qualities, able to delegate work and deliver constructive feedback
• The ability to train, coach and support others
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence when dealing with complaints and objections
