Office Administrator for a successful Legal Practice in Harrogate


We have an exciting new role in Harrogate for an Office Administrator for a successful Legal Practice.

17K per annum
8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday to Friday

The role:


-reception duties
-answering inbound calls
-data entry
-undertaking daily general administrative tasks
-greeting guests
-scanning of post and distribution
-other ad-hoc projects/tasks as required by the team

PA responsibilities

-assisting Practice Manager
-typing letters
-diary management
-booking meetings and overseeing meeting rooms
-managing customer contracts
-file opening and closure
-other sundry co-ordination(training courses,staff team building events and more)

The person

-excellent IT skills- MS Office including Word,Excel and Outlook
-using Xero,Office equipment, LEAP
-the ability to communicate effectively
-previous experience of working in an office environment
-experience in an administrative/data input role
