We are looking for a professional and competent receptionist/administrator for our smart offices in Wakefield.

Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with 30 minutes lunch (4pm finish on Friday’s). Will be required to work until 5pm occasionally as part of a rota)

£16 - £17K

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer the phone in a clear and helpful manner.
• Meet and greet visitors.
• Sorting and distributing post.
• Book couriers.
• Maintain meeting rooms, reception, kitchen and toilets to a high standard.
• Provide a high quality customer service to users of PAB Studios.
• Maintaining stationary supplies and placing orders
• Ordering promotional materials for clients
• Keeping GDPR database updated
• Ensuring company car mileage is recorded

Experience and skills
• Well-organised Friendly and polite
• Efficient
• Able to deal with and direct client and customer calls
• Self-motivated
• Have polished communication skills
• Professional appearance
• IT proficient
