Operations Co-ordinator

Maternity Cover (Until End June 2019) Possible Extension and Permanent contract.

South Kirkby - WF9
£22,000 pa 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm


To ensure that the company’s mission and key objectives are developed and are used to drive forward the organisations actions and activities.

The objects of the Company are to benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to promote and undertake activities which contribute to:

•The conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, particularly by reducing the harmful environmental impact of business and industrial activity;

Reporting to - The Project Director


•You will be responsible for Co-ordinating 3 full time Security officers and any temporary staff who may be employed by the organisation from time to time.
•Under the direction of the Project Director you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the organisation.


•Planning, devising and implementing monthly rota`s for the security officers to ensure daily staffing of the security services.
•Reviewing and responding to entries in the CCTV Control Room Log Books
•Being the first point of contact for a security emergency outside of office hours
•Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures; maintaining an efficient filing system.
•Providing an historical reference by defining the procedure for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer; and disposal of records.
•Organising meetings including Board meetings, preparing agenda`s and taking minutes
•Drafting e-bulletins and newsletters as required, when approved, publishing and distributing to contacts
•To keep Management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarising information; identifying trends.
•Contributing to and leading the team effort.
•Liaising with all office personnel and external customers/clients.
•The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
