Office Manager / HR Personnel Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company who are looking for an Office Manager/HR Personnel Officer.

£25 - £30

The Role:

• Managing 31 staff on a day to day basis
• Assisting the company director with day to day jobs
• Dealing with all HR issues and liaising with external HR company
• Helping staff with any personal issues that may affect work
• Keeping company handbooks up to date with new legislations (GDPR etc)
• Recruitment of staff – using recruitment agencies
• Conducting first stage interviews
• Organising work experience placements for external students
• Organising the ARIAS Awards event night via the Radio Academy
• Authorising invoices on media hub weekly – making any changes required
• PA duties – diary, letters, outlook - Organising / sorting / filing etc.
• Managing Property portfolio – Admin related

The Person:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be second nature to speak with people at all levels both on the phone and in person
• Calm and collected
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Extremely organised
• With a background in one or more of the following:
• PA - Project Management – Property – HR – Office Management – Advertising
• Fluent with Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
