Sales Order Administrator

Our Client has been servicing the education, housing and business sectors for over 20 years, providing them with either a rental or purchase option of domestic and commercial white goods.

£9.30 PH

Due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit a Sales Order Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis to be based at their busy site on the Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate.

Attention to detail is key to this role and suitable candidate must have experience of providing effective and efficient administrative support in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment.

Role Responsibilities:-

- Accurately Inputting orders onto a bespoke system and sage
- Liaising with drivers and the warehouse via telephone
- Allocating stock
- Ordering stock
- Answering incoming calls and queries from customers
- Completion of all paperwork relevant to a sales order
- General administrative duties

Person Specification:-

- PC literate, Microsoft Office, Sage experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to work in what at times can be a pressurised environment
- Great organisational skills
