Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:-

• Answering inbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner with the aim of resolving the query at the first point of contact
• Making outbound calls to depots and couriers – NO SALES
• Dealing with customer complaints with empathy and understanding
• Updating customer/ordering information using a bespoke system (full training given)

What You’ll Need:-

Inbound call handling experience or face to face customer service experience
Excellent telephone manner
A genuine passion for helping customers
PC Literate
Good numeracy and written skills
Inbound call handling experience or face to face customer service experience
Commitment and a strong work ethic
Full time and Part time shifts available

TRAINING –37.5 over 7 days SHIFTS

E.G.
Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 19:00
Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 08:00 - 18:00
Friday to Monday 08:00 - 18:00

WAGE – under 25 £7.38 an hour, over 25 £7.83 an hour - pay rise after 12 weeks for ALL candidates

Immediate start with a possibility of going onto a fixed term contract after 12 weeks.

Unfortunately, due to high demand during the run up to and over Christmas, only minimal pre-booked holidays will be accepted.
