Showroom Manager - Automotive

First Choice Recruitment are looking for a Showroom Manager to work for our well-renowned, privately-owned family client spanning over 70 year's successful trading in the motor industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team, dealing with some of the world's most recognisable vehicle brands based in Harrogate.
The role requires a senior sales oriented manager who can manage a team and who has experience within a high volume operation and achieving targets.
The candidate will ideally:
Be highly motivated, energetic and ambitious with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Have experience of working within the Automotive industry
Previous experience of managing a large team
Experience of working with a range of brands.
Working to set performance targets and requirements of the showroom.
Strong direction and leadership qualities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, computer literate.
Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
Organised, and capable with a keen eye for attention to detail, both written and verbal.
Experience and up-to-date knowledge of the finance and insurance products.
Ability to build positive customer and staff relationships.
Full UK Driving licence
