We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at the home of an established fast-growing discount wholesaler.
We are searching for a customer services administrator to assist with our ever-increasing customer base.
Role - Main Tasks:
· Deal with general sales administration duties including entering new sales orders on the system & order processing
· Liaising with customers and our transport partners to arrange deliveries
· Problem solving with customers to resolve issues
· Liaising with our warehouse team on:

Deliveries and booking in stock onto the system
Mis-picks and damages
Stock Control
· Responding to customers via email and over the phone with enquires including, advising on stock levels, pricing, delivery dates, product information etc
· After sales calls required to provide excellent customer service
· Manage showroom stock levels including all new product lines as they arrive
· Arranging for samples to be dispatched as required
· Other general administrative duties
The successful candidate will:
· Education - A-Level or equivalent
· Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
Excellentworking proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
· Good working knowledge of other common Office software such as Word and Outlook
· Organised and ability to work to strict deadlines
· Have a can-do attitude with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
· Experience within a wholesale function would be desirable
· Gain an understanding of products sold to answer customer queries effectively
· Excellent telephone manner and the ability to form positive relationships, both internally and externally
