Hours: Monday - Friday (8-4 or 9-5)

Location: Junction 41, Wakefield

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and proficiency in various office software.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records

- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and organizing documents

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
