Property Manager - Lettings and Maintenance
Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays during busy periods
£20,000 - £25,000 depending upon skills and experience (+Bonus Scheme)

Property Manager - Key responsibilities:
Prospecting for new business across Lettings and Financial services. Ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities.
Working with contractors and engineers in order to coordinate and carry out successful and complaint high quality maintenance and refurbishment.
You will be the first point of contact for tenants, dealing with queries on the phone, in person and online.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relations with tenants and for providing a high level of customer service.
Used to working from a busy diary you will need to promote the brand and benefits to maximise future business opportunities from recommendations.
Property Manager – Experience needed:
As a successful Property, Lettings & Maintenance Manager you will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable.
You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation is essential
You will ideally be
ARLAqualified or wishing to achieve this qualification.
Ability to deal with high pressure situations.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and negotiation skills.
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy - ideally with experience of using Mac Computers and be very confident in new online technologies for FM maintenance.
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
Super, super organised, practical, and obsessive attention to detail.
flexible and available for out-of-hours tenant support when required.
A friendly, positive personality with exceptional customer service skills and a naturally upbeat attitude.
You must be presentable
Willing to learn and able to use your own initiative
A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and confidence to work alone and as part of a team.
Advance problem-solving ability essential.
Appreciate and understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough and deliver the best possible service.
Previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role.
Due to the nature of the role, it may on occasions be necessary to work unsociable hours, including weekends particularly Saturday.
