Project and Business Analyst
West Midlands - Home based - Client meeting in and around the West Midlands area.
First Choice Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Business Analyst. Our Client works with medical and prominent commercial, education and third sector organisations to promote and champion excellence in governance.
Building on a period of unprecedented growth, they are seeking to recruit an outstanding graduate to join the team.
This role provides the opportunity to work in the private office of the Managing Partner, allowing the successful candidate to experience and contribute to a fast-paced consultancy by supporting the leadership team delivering a demanding programme of work through.

The successful candidate(s) will be expected to:
·Provide an effective and efficient gateway to and from the Managing Partner
·Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Managing Partner’s Office by taking ultimate responsibility for the use of their time
·Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Managing Partner’s diary
·Overseeing the day-to-day flow of any papers to the Managing Partner, thereby learning the detail of our business
·Attend meetings and accompany the Managing Partner on external visits as necessary, ensuring they are always briefed and providing on the spot support as required
·Support the management team and senior associates with client work
·Support the team to deliver a challenging programme of work including focused research, report drafting, and project management
·Proof-read and edit papers and documents to be sent from the Managing Partner
·Strong communication skills both written and verbal
·Highly enthusiastic with a passion to learn
·Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage to conflicting deadlines
·An ability to use their own initiative and contribute ideas
·An understanding of basic research skills and methods
·Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build and maintain relationships
·A commitment to company values and ethical code
·Confidence to deal with company associates, clients, and any other external stakeholders
THE ROLE IS HOME BASED MEETINGS WITH THEIR CLIENTS IN AND AROUND THE WEST MIDLANDS AREA. TEAM MEETING PER WEEK AT THE HEAD OFFICE IN WAKEFIELD.
The first three probationary months of the role will allow the newly appointed candidate to shadow members of the core team and learn about the work that our client undertakes.
