Operations Manager – technology environment.
Salary: Up to £45K DOE + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus
Location: Wakefield – Office Based
Hours: Office based – Mon – Thu 8:30 AM – 5 PM and Fri – 8:30 AM – 4 PM
First Choice are recruiting for a dynamic and talented Operations Manager to join our client who is a leading independent Technology provider who offer a range of modern communications, connectivity, and energy solutions to the whole of the UK
The Role Overview:
As part of the key Management team, you will have responsibility for the operations of the business
Managing and overseeing the sales team, technical team, and projects.
Liaising with clients ensuring their project is running smoothly and to plan
Overseeing and ensuring all documentation and 3rd party supplier involvement is on target for each project
Responsible for overseeing orders, deposits, payments, and invoicing is in place
Person Requirements:
Good technical knowledge and be familiar with MS products.
Experience of working in a fast-moving team in a technology environment or similar.
Have excellent communication both verbal and in writing
Naturally organised and be able to organise the team members and projects.
Familiar with the production of management reports covering team and individual performances
Analytical and process driven
Self-motivated and keen to progress working processes.
Able to take responsibility for action of the business and also team members.
Must have a “can do “attitude
Driven and customer focussed
