Operations Manager – technology environment.

Salary: Up to £45K DOE + Car Allowance + Performance Bonus

Location: Wakefield – Office Based

Hours: Office based – Mon – Thu 8:30 AM – 5 PM and Fri – 8:30 AM – 4 PM

First Choice are recruiting for a dynamic and talented Operations Manager to join our client who is a leading independent Technology provider who offer a range of modern communications, connectivity, and energy solutions to the whole of the UK

The Role Overview:

  • As part of the key Management team, you will have responsibility for the operations of the business

  • Managing and overseeing the sales team, technical team, and projects.

  • Liaising with clients ensuring their project is running smoothly and to plan

  • Overseeing and ensuring all documentation and 3rd party supplier involvement is on target for each project

  • Responsible for overseeing orders, deposits, payments, and invoicing is in place

Person Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge and be familiar with MS products.

  • Experience of working in a fast-moving team in a technology environment or similar.

  • Have excellent communication both verbal and in writing

  • Naturally organised and be able to organise the team members and projects.

  • Familiar with the production of management reports covering team and individual performances

  • Analytical and process driven

  • Self-motivated and keen to progress working processes.

  • Able to take responsibility for action of the business and also team members.

  • Must have a “can do “attitude

  • Driven and customer focussed
