Role: Logistic Administrator – Part time

Hours: Monday – Friday (20 hours per week)

Rate: £9.50

Location: Wakefield WF1

Start Date: ASAP

First Choice Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Logistic Administrator to join their reputable client based in Wakefield City Centre. This role is a temp to perm position. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator with some Transport knowledge.

Key accountabilities:

· Implementing and maintaining logistics administration systems

· Collect tachographs – download and analysed

· Collate weekly/ monthly information

· Arranging daily duties for drivers

· Regularly documents checks - driving licences, digital tachographs, driver qualification cards

· To issue all relevant driver documentation and ensure they are fully aware of their responsibilities and requirements

· Organising vehicles Inspections and MOT’s

· To arrange for immediate rectification on breakdowns where necessary

· To communicate effectively and promptly with all enquiries as they arise

· To work in accordance with health and safety regulations

For the role of Logistic Administrator you will be able to demonstrate:

· Previous transport experience is desirable

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Excellent organisational and planning skills

· To ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner with proven experience of adhering to deadlines;

· A logical approach to work with excellent problem-solving skills;
