FIRST LINE IT SUPPORT ADVISOR
£18 - £20K pa
Our client is a leading IT solutions provider who are looking for a dedicated and ambitious person to join their existing team.
·Taking 1stline calls – basic fault diagnostics and ticket issuing
·Familiar with Windows Operating systems. Windows 10
·Familiar with Server 2012/2016 although not essential if fast learner
·Basic understanding of networks
·Experience with Servers
·Understanding of common technologies i.e. Active Directory, DHCP services, DNS Services, File Server, Databases, Powershell etc.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Reliable. Must own a car
·Must be able to work in isolation at times and also be a keen team member.
·Motivation to complete the job in hand is key to this role.
·Must be smart in appearance as they will need to visit clients at times.
·Ambitious with a drive to increase their skill set and also desire to move up the technology ladder.
