Sales Account Executive

 Barnsley S75

£20 - £23k base + Commission

First Choice have an exiting opportunity for a talented and budding Internal Sales Executive, who is looking for a role with a career path.

The Role:

You will be working as part of our sales and ecommerce teams in this multi-faceted sales position.

Supporting ecommerce sales by communicating with new and existing customers who need support

Managing your own portfolio of live accounts

Prospecting for potential new customers, primarily by phone (telemarketing) but using other communication channels as appropriate

Managing inbound sales enquiries by telephone and occasionally in-person at our purpose-built showroom

Maintaining customer records in our CRM system

Supporting other aspects of sales as required

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

The ideal candidate will have some sales experience probably gained in a telemarketing environment together with great organization skills and an aptitude for record keeping. They will also have:

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Working knowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM systems

Good working knowledge of social media applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

Persistent and results-oriented

Patient and able to handle customer rejection

The ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
