Role: Customer Delivery & Sales Order Administrator

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Rate: £19 - £22K

Location: Dodworth

Temp to Perm

First Choice are actively recruiting a Customer Delivery & Sales order administrator to support their established fast-growing discount wholesaler client based in the Dodworth area.

Your key duties will include:

  • Deal with general sales administration duties including entering new sales orders on the system & order processing
  • Liaising with customers and our transport partners to arrange deliveries
  • Problem solving with customers to resolve issues
  • Liaising with our warehouse team on: Deliveries, Mis-picks and damages, Stock Control
  • Responding to customers via email and over the phone with enquires including, advising on stock levels, pricing, delivery dates, product information etc
  • Manage showroom stock levels including all new product lines as they arrive
  • Arranging for samples to be dispatched as required
  • Other general administrative duties

The successful candidate will:

  • Education - A-Level or equivalent
  • Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Good working knowledge of other common Office software such as Word and Outlook
  • Organised and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Have a can-do attitude with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Experience within a wholesale function would be desirable
  • Gain an understanding of products sold to answer customer queries effectively
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to form positive relationships, both internally and externally
