Role: Customer Delivery & Sales Order Administrator
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Rate: £19 - £22K

First Choice are actively recruiting a Customer Delivery & Sales order administrator to support their established fast-growing discount wholesaler client based in the Dodworth area.
Your key duties will include:
- Deal with general sales administration duties including entering new sales orders on the system & order processing
- Liaising with customers and our transport partners to arrange deliveries
- Problem solving with customers to resolve issues
- Liaising with our warehouse team on: Deliveries, Mis-picks and damages, Stock Control
- Responding to customers via email and over the phone with enquires including, advising on stock levels, pricing, delivery dates, product information etc
- Manage showroom stock levels including all new product lines as they arrive
- Arranging for samples to be dispatched as required
- Other general administrative duties
The successful candidate will:
- Education - A-Level or equivalent
- Excellent working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Good working knowledge of other common Office software such as Word and Outlook
- Organised and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Have a can-do attitude with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
- Experience within a wholesale function would be desirable
- Gain an understanding of products sold to answer customer queries effectively
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to form positive relationships, both internally and externally
