Role: Customer Service Advisors
Rate: £9.23 per hour
Location: Dodworth
Start Date: ASAP
Temporary long term - 37.5 hours per week
First Choice is actively recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join our reputable client based in the Dodworth area of Barnsley.
Key accountabilities:
· You will be first point of contact for the customer
· Answering inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
Administrator support
Using our inhouse technology to manage the progression of orders to fulfilment for our customer
Resubmit any systems rejections
Raise and respond to any data
General query handling
Chasing results and any overdue orders
Processing credits and extra orders
Cancellation and expedite products ordered
For the role you will be able to demonstrate:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Administration experience with a high level attention to detail
PC literate
Previous Customer services experience
Good numeracy and written skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
