Contact Centre Telesales Executives - Full Time

Salary £15,750, increasing to £16,500 after 12 weeks, with an additional increase to £19k after successfully completing 6 months’ probation.

We are delighted to be able to recruit for this vibrant, rapidly growing company set in a fantastic location in central Leeds. It is a contact centre in a very quirky and unique environment. The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, fast paced and dynamic.

The company focuses on various products throughout the different stages of the customer’s life – Travel insurance, Car finance, debt consolidation etc.

These are ‘temp to perm’ positions - starting salary £15,750 rising to £16,500 after 12 weeks and £19,000 after a 6 months probation period.

The main duties will be:
• Making warm calls to customers who are potentially owed money as a result of being miss-sold a product and cross selling our other products & services.
• Working within the relevant governance / compliance frameworks
• Build excellent relationships with our customers with a view to gaining interest in our products and services enabling you to achieve challenging sales targets
• Discussing alternative products with the customer and being able to identify what products may benefit the customer
• Delivering excellent sales through service, including cross-sell
• General administration and chasing information

People will be queuing up for these positions so it is preferable if you have:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a target driven Contact Centre
• Have the ability to understand and adhere to regulations
• Have excellent communication skills and able to easily converse with people
• Have exceptional influencing, negotiation skills, including effective questioning and listening skills
• Be highly motivated, pro-active, with a strong desire to succeed
• Demonstrate a keen desire to learn and develop new skills
• Be able to work under pressure and adapt in an ever-evolving business….

Full Time Hours – 37.5 hours a week – 40 minute lunch and 2 x 10 minute break
Shifts are either:
• Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 5pm, Friday 9am till 5:30pm
• Monday to Thursday 12pm till 8:30pm, Friday 9am till 5:30pm
• Saturday 9am till 1pm – One in every three weeks, and you get the half day back

Salary
£15,750, increasing to £16,500 after 12 weeks, with an additional increase to £19k after successfully completing 6 months’ probation.
